1 Year Limited Warranty Policy
This warranty applies to all TechNova brand products including SafetyNova Jewelry, Visionova Glasses and accessories, and MirrorNova. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product from an authorized TechNova retailer or the TechNova website.
What This Warrant Covers
TechNova warrants the product will be free from defects in the materials and workmanship under normal use for a one year period from the date of purchase.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty period, TechNova will do one of the following

Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts

Exchange the product with a new product or a product that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire or any other external causes

Damaged caused by operating the product outside of the intended or permitted used as described by the TechNova company

Damage caused by service subject to upgrades and extensions performed by anyone who is not a representative of TechNova or a Peoples Choice Automotive Authorized Service Provider (“ASP)

A product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of TechNova

If any serial number has been removed or defaced
-
Cosmetic damage including but not limited to dents, scratches, and broken plastic on ports that does not affect the products functionality
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Except to the extent prohibited by law, all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Technova shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if TechNova has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim you must

Visit the TechNova website to initiate a claim and follow the instruction provided

Provide proof of original purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email)

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our support team

Package the product securely in its original packaging or a well protected equivalent with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package

Ship the product to the address provided by the support team, You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us
Technova is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. It is the customers responsibility to do their due diligence and back up all personal data and information before sending the product for service.
